I will help you learn to better manage your subjective distress or discomfort and to increase your sense of well being.

In counselling session, we shall work together on exploring and clarifying the various aspects of the problem that you are experiencing. I will use psychological therapeutic methods to assist you in acquiring techniques that will help you better cope with problem that you are facing.

I will help enhance your self awareness and enable you to preserve alternate choices of thoughts, feelings and actions. If you would like to enhance your skills, performance at work, relationship & life in general, I will help you to realise your potentials so that you can lead a more fulfilling life.

I primarily use cognitive therapy approach However as and when required I use other interventions also e.g. Gestalt, Person Centered Therapy and Behavioral Therapy, and Spiritual Psychology in order to effectively help my client.

Counselling helps to resolve following issues effectively.

  2. 2. Pre/Post Marital Problems.
  3. 3. Emotional and Psychological upset.
  4. 4. Developing emotional intelligence.
  5. 5. Finding meaning of Life.

A normal counseling session is held once a weak except in a crisis situation.

Normal therapeutic session hour is approx 50 mins.
